Dial up in Waterloo A problem with dial up services was detected this morning (March 9th, 2010) at 8:00 efforts are being made to restore services and we hope to be back up by 9:30am. |

High Speed Internet Interruption Portions of Kitchener/Waterloo are experiencing an outage as Bell Canada is troubleshooting issues with a DSLAM.

Global Network interruption At approximately 12:00pm today, a primary distribution switch damaged due to an electrical problem. The issue has been corrected by replacing the damaged equipment. Intermittent connectivity could be experienced between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm today. All is believed to be corrected however if you are experiencing connectivity issues, please contact our Support Team. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused. Network Alert There was a technical issue today with one of our telephone providers beginning at 9:15 am through 12:25 pm. Local KW Dial-Up clients were also impacted and would not have had internet access at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Every effort was made to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. |

Network Alert There was a technical problem with one of our telephone providers between 12:09 pm and 1:17pm today.
We did not have working phone lines - neither incoming/outgoing could be made.
Local KW Dial-Up clients were also impacted.
Sorry for this inconvenience. Every effort was made to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

Possible service interruptions!! Due to the instability of the Power Grids in Ontario, we may be experiencing temporary interruptions with various services for the weekend of Friday, August 15th to Sunday August 17th 2003. These services can range from Internet Access to Web and Mail Services. |

Reset To Take Effect This Sunday As a precautionary measure, a global reset will occur this Sunday July 20th between 4:00 and 5:00 am. All customers will experience interruption to service between 5-10 minutes.

Authenciation Problems Some customers may have experienced problems gaining Internet Access over this weekend. There was a synch problem between our Primary and Secondary Radius servers. (These are the servers that verify your username and password.) All of these problems have been resolved at this point, but if you continue to have problems logging in, please contact our technical support department and they will reset your password for you.

DSL Connection Problems Update At the present, it seems that Bell has resolved the problems with their fibre connection. This, in turn, has resolved SGCI's DSL connection problems.
You may still experience intermittent outages throughout this afternoon, due to stability testing.

DSL Connections Interrupted Due a problem with Bell Canada's Fibre connection, SGCI's DSL customers will be experiencing interruptions to their Internet service.

DSL Connections Interrupted All of SGCI's DSL connections have unexpectedly dropped. Our Systems Administrator is on his way to our Point of Presence to determine and rectify the problem. We will keep all of our clients updated as to our progress.

UUNET WorldCom Outage A problem has occurred with a main trunk of UUNET/WorldCom's OC12 internet feed. (This is a primary component of Canada's national backbone.) With Spectrum's multi-supplier internet feed, this interruption in UUNET's feed should not significantly affect our clients, however the occasional client may experience a problem. Expected time of repair: 1900 hours, Thursday January 16th 2003. |

Telcom Switchover **Scheduled Network Maintenance**
In order to improve our Network Redundancy, Spectrum has contracted an additional upstream provider to provide PRI services. Our Access Servers will experience a Hard Reboot at 11:00 am on Monday, Sept 16th, and we may experience intermittent outages for 1 hr following, while testing is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we thank you for your patience while we continue to improve our Network Redundancy. |
