When calling for telephone
support, it is highly recommended that
you be by your computer at the time of
your phone call. You should also be able
to give us all of the information listed
in the checklist above.
Walk-in
Service
Walk-in service
is available at our office during our
hours of operation. This service is on
a first come, first served
basis, therefore it will be necessary
for you to leave your computer with us
for service (typically 24 hours).
If
you plan to drop off your computer, it
is highly recommended that you call ahead
to confirm that a technician is available.
Our technicians are highly skilled in
all types of PC repair, hardware and software
installation, and Internet configuration.
