Technical Support Representative (Level II) - Full-time
(Monday - Friday, Occassional Weekends)
  • Excellent Technical background in Internet, Hardware, Networking and Telephony
  • Must be fully fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Telephone Systems, VoIP and/or Network Cabling would be beneficial
  • Friendly, outgoing personality (both personal and telephone interactions)
  • Ability to communicate well and be patient with staff and customers
  • High organization level/Detail orientation
  • "Troubleshooting" ability is essential
  • Familiarity with Network setup, configuration and troubleshooting is required
  • Knowledge of ADSL set up, configuration, and support
  • On-site client visits will be necessary. Must have valid, clean driver's license
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access) is required
  • Ability to "Multitask" is a required
  • Some previous retail sales experience would be beneficial
  • Willingness and ability to learn new things and to adapt quickly to new situations
  • Must have some flexibility in available hours

Inside Sales & Support Rep
