Technical Support Representative (Level II) - Full-time
(Monday - Friday, Occassional Weekends)
- Excellent Technical
background in Internet, Hardware, Networking and Telephony
- Must be fully
fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Telephone Systems, VoIP
and/or Network Cabling would be beneficial
- Friendly, outgoing personality (both
personal and telephone interactions)
- Ability to communicate
well and be patient with staff and customers
- High organization
level/Detail orientation
- "Troubleshooting"
ability is essential
- Familiarity
with Network setup, configuration and troubleshooting
is required
- Knowledge of
ADSL set up, configuration, and support
- On-site client
visits will be necessary. Must have valid, clean driver's
license
- Familiarity
with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access)
is required
- Ability to "Multitask"
is a required
- Some previous
retail sales experience would be beneficial
- Willingness
and ability to learn new things and to adapt quickly to
new situations
- Must have some
flexibility in available hours
